Shipping & Distribution
This is where we give you the most value to your business. We help you to make your products more accessible to your customers in the USA and Canada through local shipping at local shipping rates, which also cuts down the lengthy delivery timelines that come with international shipping.
We have a number of shipping partners and will always use the lowest rates available to us. We will only bill you actual postage and/or courier fees. You can choose to offer your customers flat rate shipping or charge actual local shipping fees.
We are also happy to ship your products to any of your wholesale customers located in the USA or Canada.
We can source whatever packaging supplies you need to seamlessly maintain your amazing branding.
Whether it be basic satchels or boxes to eco-friendly satchels and/or branded boxes, we will source this for your locally and will only bill you actual & associated costs (i.e. shipping to our premises).
If you require printing of 'thank you' inserts or product leaflets, speak to us and we will gladly help you get these printed locally.
Orders Processing & Fulfillment
We integrate to your ecommerce system automatically using a trusted app which automatically marks your orders as fulfilled with customer tracking to enable shipping notifications to your customers in a timely manner. All this is done automatically and efficiently via app integration to your ecommerce site.
We are very familiar with Shopify and would be happy to manage other ecommerce platforms as well.
